When Adam and I set out to buy our first home together, we both had a laundry list of things we liked in homes. In our first meeting Emily, she explained to us the process and the house buying triangle. Emily and Dirk showed us many, many houses. And seemed to always be on the look out for what could be OUR house. After a few months of searching, we found it! The contract process was smooth and Emily had many professional contacts when we needed people to perform inspections. They also helped with the sale of my home, giving us many tips to get it “show ready” and after hooking us up with a great photographer, they got our house listed and sold in 3 days. We closed on the sale, with no issues, a month later. Again they had the contacts needed to make repairs on the home we sold. They were available to help in anyway and without their guidance this process could have been much more stressful. You can’t pick a better team to help you with home buying or selling. They are practical, knowledgeable, great at marketing and friendly.
