Kingspark is spread out between S. Pennsylvania Ave. and S. Western Ave., just north of SW 104th St. A quiet neighborhood wrapped around a massive greenbelt with walking trails and tennis courts. The greenbelt sprawls all the way to Kingsgate Elementary, and leads up to many open and manicured back lawns. A peaceful setting with friendly neighbors will make one instantly feel at home.
