My recommendations:

  • 501 Salad – Mixed greens, seasoned pumpkin seeds, blue cheese crumbles, Granny Smith apples and lemon vinaigrette make this a tasty and healthy lunch.
  • Portobello Mushroom & Chicken Sandwich – Fresh Spinach, red bell peppers, jasmine rice, onions, and ranch dressing.
  • Black Bean Quesadilla – Sausage, scrambled eggs, green chiles, cheddar & monterey jack cheese, black beans, pico de gallo, and sour cream – perfect for sharing at Sunday brunch.
